Policies
Our conference spaces are governed by our Code of Conduct. Please read the whole thing; in short: be friendly & welcoming, be respectful, and be careful in what words you choose. The entire Code of Conduct is available here: Code of Conduct. Additionally, in-person attendees, volunteers, and organizers must also follow our Health & Safety Policy: Health & Safety Policy. Please make sure to read the policy in its entirely, but the highlights are:

Virtual Venue
As a hybrid conference, we also have a virtual venue using Venueless. This allows interaction between in-person and attendees, chat with speakers, and we'll have a dedicated chat for coordinating in-person get-togethers. You can read more about Venueless on our website: Venueless
Talks Schedule
Our full schedule is available here: Schedule
The venue is open from 8 AM to 8 PM Saturday and Sunday, with talks running from 9 AM to 5 PM both days.
Pre-conference Social
On Friday night we're having socials both in-person and remote. For both events, this is a great chance to meet with other attendees and get familiar with the conference platform.
For the in-person social, you can also enjoy food and pick up your badge and swag here to skip the line on Saturday morning. These events are free, but spaces are limited - please make sure to update your registration if you wish to attend. The in-person social runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST, and the remote one from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST. More information about the social is available on our website: Socials
Getting to the in-person social:
The building address is:
4069 Spokane Ln NE, Seattle, WA 98105
The social is at the same location as the talks the next two days, view the "venue" section above for more information.
Sprints
Sprints are back in-person and online. This is a great opportunity to work on open source projects side-by-side with maintainers or hack on your latest personal project. In-person sprints are in the space at Kane Hall @ University of Washington, and are free to attend. Space is limited, so make sure you include sprints in your registration. You can find more information here: Sprints
Lightning Talks
We're kicking off Sunday's program with in-person lightning talks. These talks are just 5 minutes each, which makes them great for:
- a small topic
- first-time speakers
- testing out a piece of a larger talk
- promoting a project you're hosting at sprints
Check your email for a link to submit lightning talks!
